About Eruptor:

Eruptor is a lava monster who is very skilled with the element of fire. He can be first found in Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure. As his name might suggest, he’s a bit of a hot head who literally erupts to deal with his problems. He was part of a species that lived under a volcano on a floating island. One day, a massive eruption happened that sent all of his people up to the surface. This made him really upset, so he tries to take out his anger on the forces of evil. He gets angry about smaller things too, like creaky floorboards, for example.

In order to relax, he tries to spend his time lounging in lava pools. This helps him to keep his temper under control! No matter how relaxed he is, though, he will always be honest and will speak his mind. Sometimes he can come off as being a little harsh because of this! Master Eon soon heard about this powerful force of nature and thought that Eruptor’s powers might help out the team. Eruptor was soon invited to join the Skylanders where he could protect the Skylands while fighting off evil.

About Spyro the Dragon:

Spyro the Dragon

Spyro is a purple dragon, perhaps the most famous of all the Skylanders. He is the title character for the series, first appearing as a playable character in Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure, although he does appear in the other games as well.

He comes with two other Skylanders in the starter pack for the console game. He was born in a land very far away from the Skylands, where he was among other magical purple dragons of his kind. Spyro is a feisty dragon with a young heart. He is fearless and brave, but sometimes this makes him think he can take care of everything without anybody else’s help. Despite this, he is a great leader and a hero heard about in many old legends.

He has grown to be one of Master Eon‘s most trusted companions. Spyro has also played a big role in recruiting some other heroes to join the Skylanders crew, such as Cynder and Lightning Rod. He has the ability to learn many different skills, being affiliated with the element of magic, though he chooses to focus on his ability to breathe fire.
