Hoot Loop is a magic element Skylander who got started in a travelling circus. He was raised by a guild of magicians and soon the young Hoot Loop became the most talented of all the magicians. He even mastered the skill of teleportation!
Hoot Loop came to the attention of Master Eon when he fought off an entire army of Greebles who had come to destroy the travelling circus. Master Eon noticed his immense skill and invited him to join the Skylanders.

Hoot Loop is a Magic-element Skylander, along with other popular Skylanders like Double Trouble and Wrecking Ball.
